Can my existing panel handle an EV charger?
Sometimes yes, often no, and the only way to know is a load calculation. We'll check what your service can actually support and tell you straight whether you need an upgrade before the charger goes in.
We're adding a heat pump. Does that need electrical work first?
Usually yes. Heat pumps need a dedicated circuit sized correctly for the unit, and older panels frequently don't have the capacity or the physical space. It's worth sorting the electrical before the HVAC install is booked.

Do you install backup generators for storm outages?
Yes. We install both standby generators and manual transfer setups for portable units, wired so your essential circuits stay powered safely and without backfeeding the grid.
Is it worth upgrading to 200 amp if my 100 amp service still works?
If you're planning any of the big additions: an EV, a heat pump, a hot tub, or a finished basement, upgrading once now is almost always cheaper than doing it reactively later. If you're not, we'll tell you that too.
